    Return Policy:

     

    • To be eligible for a return or (exchange), send your items back to us within 30 days of your order purchase date, or we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
    • Products must be unworn, in their original condition, with original packaging.
    • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to place the order
    • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the giftcard first.
    • Any product returned that is used, or damaged will be rejected and will not be sent back to the customer.
    • Anything accidentally, or incorrectly returned our way that is not DANSEND will be the responsibility of the sender, not DANSEND. We'll always do our best to help out, nut we can't make any promises!

    How Can I Make An Exchange?

     

    We do not accept exchanges on orders. 

     

     

    Damaged Items:

     

    If your order arrived damaged, email us at (email) within 7 days of the order delivery.

    You must provide:

    1. A clear picture of the damaged item(s).
    2. A quick explanation of the damage.

    We will happily replace damaged orders free of charge 

    **PLEASE NOTE: if the item has been worn or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced**

    • We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
    • DANSEND will not be held responsible for lost returns.
